    Mimarlık geleneğimizin bugünün diliyle bir yorumu olarak tasarlanmış. Makro ölçekten mikro ölçeğe kâinatın bütününde yer alan dönme hareketinden ilham alan proje, parçadaki bütün ve bütündeki parça kavramlarını tabiattaki nautilus formunun fraktal yapısı ve 1000 yıllık geleneksel kırlangıç tavan tekniğinin ilhamıyla birleştirerek, cami mimarlığında yeni bir ufuk arayışında....

    Cami, ilhamını kâinatın bütününde yer alan dönme hareketinden alır. Onikigen planlı, iki katlı caminin bir katı meydanın üst kısmında, diğer katı yeraltındadır. İki kata, iki ayrı ana girişten ulaşılır; yapını içindeki asansör ve merdivenlerle katlar arasında geçiş sağlanır. Caminin her iki katı da kubbeyle örtülü merkezi plan şemasına sahiptir. Üst katın merkezinde, kubbenin cam aydınlık açıklığının altında ise şadırvan havuzu içerisinde camii şeklinde bir fıskiye bulunur.

    Yapının 57.8 m yüksekliğinde, klasik tasarımdan uzak iki minaresi kıble duvarı yönünde yer alır.

    Minarelerde şerefe yerine baklava dilimi şeklindeki Türk üçgenlerinden oluşan bir bölüm bulunmaktadır.
