• At least 35,000 people have been killed by Israel in its war on Palestine’s Gaza since last October.

Seventy percent of them have been babies, children and women, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.

Many thousands of others are still missing, presumed to be dead under the rubble of Gaza.

According to the United Nations, Israel’s ongoing bombardment of Gaza has internally displaced 85% of the territory’s population. The enclave is also suffering from acute shortages of food, clean water and medicine – a direct result of Israel’s crippling blockade on the besieged territory – with 60% of Gaza’s infrastructure damaged or destroyed.

Israel stands accused of genocide at the International Court of Justice. An interim ruling in January ordered Tel Aviv to stop genocidal acts and take measures to guarantee that humanitarian assistance is provided to civilians in Gaza.

  • The triplets of Palestinian mother Nuzha Awad face the threat of death from malnutrition and inadequate medical care, amidst Israel’s ongoing assault and blockade on the Gaza enclave.

After her house was destroyed by an Israeli airstrike, the mother sought refuge near Al Shifa hospital with her babies. However, they were forced to flee once again to Nuseirat camp in central Gaza following Israeli forces’ siege and subsequent attacks on the hospital.

The triplets– Malak, Khader and Mustafa Awad – are struggling to survive under exceedingly harsh humanitarian conditions. Israel’s continued blockade and onslaught of Gaza has plunged the enclave into severe food scarcity. One in three children in the region are acutely malnourished, and at least two in every 10,000 people are dying every day of starvation or malnutrition.

  • "Mothers should be wrapping their arms around their children. Those children should not be wrapped in a body bag."

The humanitarian situation in Palestine’s besieged Gaza is a complete "nightmare" for mothers and babies, with doctors reporting small and sickly newborns, stillbirths and women forced to undergo C-sections without adequate anaesthesia, a UN official has said.

"I'm personally leaving Gaza this week terrified for the one million women and girls of Gaza ... and most especially for the 180 women who are giving birth every single day," Dominic Allen, UN Population Fund representative for Palestine, said on March 15.

"Doctors are reporting that they no longer see normal-sized babies," Allen said after visiting hospitals in northern Gaza. "What they do see, though, tragically, is more stillborn births ... and more neonatal deaths, caused in part by malnutrition, dehydration and complications."

The numbers of complicated deliveries are roughly twice what they were before Israel launched its war — with mothers stressed, fearful, underfed and exhausted — and caregivers often lacking necessary supplies.

"It's a nightmare which is much more than a humanitarian crisis," he said. "It is a crisis of humanity ... beyond catastrophic."

  • On this World Children's Day, Israel’s relentless attacks on Palestine’s Gaza continue to kill five children per hour, while an average of seven babies are born each day amidst Israel’s daily bombings.

Since October 7, at least 4,710 children have been killed by Israeli air strikes on Gaza, which has come to be described as “a graveyard for children” by UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.

Countless others are in life-threatening situations due to a scarcity of resources caused by Israel’s blockade and grave injuries sustained in Israel’s ongoing bombardments.

The number of children killed in Gaza in just six weeks since October 7 has surpassed the combined annual death toll of children killed worldwide in conflicts between the years 2020 and 2022, according to UK-based NGO Save the Children.

World Children's Day, initially celebrated in 1954 as Universal Children's Day, is now observed annually on November 20 and aims “to promote international togetherness and awareness among children worldwide” and to improve children's welfare.

This date marks the anniversary of the Declaration of the Rights of the Child by the UN General Assembly in 1959 and the adoption of the Convention on the Rights of the Child 30 years later.

  • Gaza is the city of babies who learn to die without learning to walk.
There is no need to be a Muslim to protect children in Palestine. It is enough to be human.
Freedom is worthy of Palestine for children to laugh.

Yürümeyi öğrenmeden,ölmeyi öğrenen bebeklerin şehridir Gazze
Filistin’deki çocuklara sahip çıkmak için Müslüman olmaya gerek yok.İNSAN Olmak yeterli
Çocukların gülmesi için Filistin’e özgürlük yakışır.

  • Over 1400 years ago, when a child was born, the Prophet ‎ﷺ made it his Sunnah to take a small part of a date and place it in his mouth. He would then chew it until it was soft and then rub it onto the palate of the new born baby. This is called Taḥnīk.

'Today', BBC News has reported that "experts" have said - "A dose of sugar given as a gel rubbed into the inside of the cheek is a cheap and effective way to protect premature babies against brain damage." (Source can be found in the comment section below)

This is why Muslims follow the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allāh ‎ﷺ without questioning it. Science is only now discovering a tradition that was introduced 1400 years ago because Islām was and still is the forefront of development.

Allah has placed babies in the womb of women in a very salty juice, deliberately that accrue body, to lighten the weight and at the same time, to provide food without fatigue through cord associated with mother to provide the food the child needs.

During pregnancy the baby will take what the baby needs from the mother's body. While it's easy to brush off this statement as untrue, it is actually partially true. If the mother is not getting proper nutrients during pregnancy, the baby will actually "steal" the nutrients she has stored in her glands, bones, and muscles, depleting the mother's limited supply of such nutrients.

For instance, a mother who is not getting enough calcium during pregnancy is probably not going to have a brittle-boned baby. Instead, the baby is going to leach its necessary calcium supply directly from its mother's body.

If mother does not eat food, the child will not miss anything because some glands reach to melt the teeth and bones of mother to replace the missing food. There upon with increasing age the mother's teeth & knees and joints pain. This makes many people say that why women grow old before a man.

If a man knew that he has melted his mother’s bone to live, he would not know how to reward her.

O'Allah, Reward my mother and all the mothers with Jannatul Firdaus. Ameen
