Eid al Fitr celebrations continue across the world as Muslims come together in prayer, marking the first day of Eid in some countries on March 31. From mosques to open fields, communities unite in gratitude, joy, and reflection, embracing the spirit of Eid.

Thousands of Palestinians from Rafah and Khan Younis were displaced on the second day of Eid al-Fitr, heading toward central Gaza and carrying only a few belongings, following “evacuation” warnings from the Israeli army.

Israel’s military on Monday issued sweeping evacuation orders covering Rafah and nearby areas, indicating it could soon launch another major ground invasion in Gaza’s south.

People and children along the migration route appeared worn out from exhaustion, with some travelled by foot or by bike, while others pushed makeshift carts loaded with belongings.

Donkey-pulled carts rolled down streets next to trucks piled high with blankets, mattresses and other household items.
