The President of the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Gunay Afandiyeva, visited the Representative Office of the Organization of Turkic States in Budapest and met with its Head, Janos Hovari, as part of her visit to Hungary. At the meeting, the importance of protecting and promoting the values ​​lived by the Turkic people for centuries for the Turkic world in the modern era was touched upon. It was stated that Hungary also plays an active role in the large-scale international activities of Turkic Cooperation Organizations. Discussions were held on possible joint projects aimed at the development of mutual relations between the country and the Turkic world, which are becoming stronger day by day. Gunay Afandiyeva presented to the heads of diplomatic missions the albums of the "XIX century Cultural Heritage of the Turkic World through the Yildiz Palace Photograph Collection" exhibition by the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye. The President of the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, Gunay Afandiyeva, gave an interview to the Hungarian "M5" cultural channel about the relations between the Foundation and Hungary, an observer country of the organization, as well as the projects implemented in the direction of promoting the all-Turkic cultural heritage.
