Hundreds of millions of Muslims around the world are celebrating Eid al Fitr to mark the end of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.

Despite some differences in how it’s marked, Eid is celebrated among all Muslims — and for many worshippers, the first day of Eid is a time of celebration, gathering and feasting.
