Pakistan’s delegation comprising of Ambassador Dr. Yousaf Junaid and Executive Director General Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Pakistan Ms. Ambreen Jan represented Pakistan in the extraordinary session of OIC Information Ministers held in #Istanbul. In its statement, Pakistan highlighted the need to establish strategic partnerships among media organizations in OIC member states and the importance for synergy in efforts against disinformation. Pakistan supports the need for a just, comprehensive and durable solution through the establishment of a secure, viable, contiguous and sovereign State of Palestine on the basis of the pre-June 1967 borders, with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.
